Our bentonite comes out of our own mine and is processed at our plant in Bhuj, Kutch. Our PHPA polymers, PAC cellulose and drilling foam are made at Domjur, Howrah. Trusted since 1994.

Mined clay is milled and activated on our own line at Bhuj, Kutch — 100 tonnes a day.
Quality control
Every batch is tested against its data sheet in our in-house laboratory before it is packed.
Dispatched to your site
25 kg bags, or jumbo bags of 1,300 kg. We ship through Mundra and Kandla.
Problems we solve
Piling & D-walls
The bore wall caves in before you pour
Holds the pile wall so collapse is minimal. If the ground changes, add our polymer rather than switch bentonite.
Piling & HDD
Mud-pump liners wear out too fast
Low sand content (wet residue under 2%) spares the pump liners.
HDD
The rig stands idle while the mud ages
Pileman® Trenchless is ready to use 15–20 minutes after mixing.
HDD
Pump pressure climbs and cuttings stay in the bore
Gel strength and yield point are set to carry cuttings out at low pump pressure, which helps prevent frac-outs.
Tunnelling & HDD
Sticky clay balls the cutting head, and more bentonite won’t fix it
Reactive clay needs an inhibitor: Easy-Bore™ with Foam-Drill™ keeps sticky clay off the cutting head.
Microtunnelling
Jacking force keeps climbing along the drive
Pileman® with Easy-Bore™ as side support cuts wall friction, so tunnel pressure comes down.
Tunnelling & HDD
Brackish mix water, or seawater getting into the tunnel
Pileman® BH mixes in brackish water up to 5,000 ppm with soda ash; hydrated in fresh water, it holds up to 30% seawater dilution.
Grouting
Grout bleeds before it sets
VodaSeal™-Grout at 3% of cement weight reduces bleed, tested to ASTM C940.
Cut-off walls
Water seeps through the cut-off wall
VodaSeal™-SCB swells into a gel and adds a hydraulic barrier to the soil-cement-bentonite mix.
Well sealing
Groundwater tracks down the borehole or piezometer
Smec-Tight™ pellets swell into a low-permeability seal (10⁻⁸ cm/s), non-toxic and safe in aquifers.
Foundry
Scabs and blow holes in the castings
Varan® builds wet tensile strength (0.22 N/cm² min at 5% addition) against scabs, and cuts dead clay, so fewer blow holes.
Iron ore pelletizing
Green pellets crack in handling
Pellet-Maker™ improves the drop number at 1.2% addition.
