Each container is carefully inspected and photographed during loading, and we share these images with our buyers as a quality assurance measure ,a transparent step to reinforce confidence that every shipment meets our exacting standards.

Introduction and understanding Baby pallets

We were the first to introduce this concept. The purpose was to fill the void gaps so the entire cargo is well packed leaving no room for manoeuvre which means no shifting of load and the cargo reaches its destination neat and safe. Secondly, more cargo means more economy per container. While we save the cost of dunnage bags, we make the shipping efficient and better.

This is what we call a Baby pallet. This is just half the size of the standard pallet.

The size is designed in such a way that 4 such baby pallets will fill in the void space after stuffing regular 20 pallets.

Wooden Pallets :

The process of wooden pallet making is also inhouse in order to ensure quality. The pipe wood is generally imported from New Zealand . Each pallet is strictly monitored for QC.

Jumbo bags

By far the most economical option in packing.

Depending upon the fineness of the product there can be change in bulk density and may change the loadability each bags.

50Kg HDPE bags

The very traditional way of packing 50Kg HDPE bags is improved.

Instead to loading each individual bags, we use another way of putting them into a large black bag. These bags have following advantages :

Loading and unloading is mechanised and eliminates the labour
The bags can be stored outside and saves on expensive inside storage space at construction site
The movement of the bags from one site to another is also easily done
