For Slurry TBM
Ground condition soaked with chlorides or other hardness

- Custom made product with solid content between 45 - 60kg/m3
- Can encounter sea water

Side support
- Use Pileman® BH mixed with Easy Bore polymer Gel. The combination will repair any cracks on filter cake earlier formed. Will reduce overall tunnel pressure
Normal ground with no salinity / chlorides in particular

- Designed on 50Kg /m3 clay concentration. Excellent performance to form filter cake. Calibrated YP and Gel values.

Pileman® – BH is a custom-made Bentonite for tunneling support system which adopts to drilling in extreme formations soaked with sea water or any carbonate hardness. This Microtunnellig grade bentonite comprises with the enhancement of basic bentonite clay in India to adapt select polymer and additives depending upon usage.
